Hi
When you sit quietly, your mind slips into deep thought and you start feeling detached like you’re not fully “here” until you touch something or someone. The vibration or strange body feeling is likely a mild dissociative or grounding loss response, often linked to stress, anxiety, or overdoing meditation.
Some precautions for you
Do grounding touch, move, feel textures, notice sounds.
Reduce meditation frequency (not every hour).
Do slow breathing and small physical movements when it starts.
It’s not dangerous, but if it happens often or feels scary, take therapy.
