Milk secretion from breast

I am not pregnant and from last two days I have nipple discharge from both breast. I feel heaviness just like during breastfeeding times...it's been 3 years since I last breastfed. No pain or any other symptoms. Not taking any medications also ...regular periods with 28 days cycle but this cycle was 6 days early
