Hello doctor...can you please tell me...After how much time should one have food after drinking milk? Please reply

Healthy morning, Having warm milk after meal is good for digestion, but ther is gap of at least an hour. It should not be consumed during meals as it becomes difficult to digest. As we know milk is full of nutrients, so it should be taken alone.

Hello. You can eat immediately as long as you have the appetite. But if you are eating iron rich food, wait for an hour after milk & then eat
