Mild testicle pain

I am 28 year married male having beloved issues. History : 1) I had left inguinal hernia surgery on jan 2016. 2) I have kidney stones in both sides. From last year i am having below symptoms: 1) mild pain in left testicle and I feel left side is smaller than right side. 2) sometimes burning sensation after ejaculation. 3) pain in both testicles if no ejaculation for more than 6-7 days but pain goes away soon after ejaculation. 4) I feel sperm count is lower than before surgery. Questions: 1) Can it be because of hernia mesh or during surgery infection to vas deference? 2) Can it cause infertility? I am not sure which doctor or specialist to check with. My hernia surgery was done on Bangalore but now I live in hyderabad and due to this covid situation I can't go there. Please suggest.
