Gum swelling and teeth pain might be due to various reasons. Your last diagnosis and current situation might be same or different.
Next Steps
I would suggest you visit a dentist first for diagnosis and than proceed with medicine and treatment suggested after diagnosis
Health Tips
painkillers might help you temporarily but it's not a complete treatment if any further question feel free to ask 🙂

Signoflam is an analgesic,it will relieve pain.to relieve infection and swollen gums, antibiotics has to be taken. If there is gingivitis, get your teeth cleaned by a dentist. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions

Swollen and red gums are usually sign of gum inflammation or infection. Taking a signoflam tablet it might give you temporary relief to the mild pain in your teeth .. but after sometime when u chew food or brush again u will have aggregating pain or more swelling as we r putting pressure on it.. I would prefer you to get it check so as to see your gum is at what condition and getting it treated would reverse back into healthy gums..
Next Steps
It’s not a serious condition.. but do it delay and get it check
