Mild fever, blocked nose, body pain

Hi, Last Sunday around 3pm in the afternoon I woke up and felt very mild cough like symptoms. By the evening I felt like low on energy and feverish. On Monday I measured a temperature of 99.3. I visited a physician he said these are symptoms (mild fever, sore throat, eyes irritation and body pain) of corona. He prescribed dolo on sos bases and cetzine 10mg along with gargles. After 70-72 hours of first symptom I went for RT PCR. It is negative. I have undergone for CRP and CBC. CRP is in normal range CBC has some deviation (screenshot attached) Now doctor has asked me to go with same line of treatment. Is it okay or should I go for other investigations?
