Mild Chest pain with Shoulder Stiffness

Hello All Since yesterday I am having mild left side chest pain with Shoulder Stiffness and pain in back i am unable to bent becoz of pain in back ... I have done multiple ECG , XRAY and 1 time 2D ECHO and all blood test all the reports are normal... Some time I feel tightness in the back i am taking medicine for Anixety and i have gall Stone of 8 MM Please suggest what shld i do to get rid of this problem Waiting for proper response
