Mild bleeding in 6 weeks

2025-07-13 05:02:29
According to usg, I'm 6 weeks pregnant and there was mild spotting and bleeding for 10 days, it has stopped on its own since last 2 days and now there is transparent discharge. In the last ultrasound done on 6week 1 day there was no visible fetal pole. Does this mean I had miscarriage or it means my pregnancy continues ( since the bleeding has stopped). Doctor says it can be blighted ovum, but since the bleeding has stopped and there are chances that fetal pole might not be visible in 6 weeks, I'm still hopeful and confused. Should I wait for another 7 days and do another usg to recheck fetal pole or go for abortion. I don't want to take a chance even if there is slightest chance of continued pregnancy. Please advise.
