Mid cycle pain

I am having pain in my right ovary spreading down to my right thigh every month during mid cycle. It shooting kind of pain that stays for about 2-3 mins, continues on and off for about 3-4 days. The pain wakes me up from sleep at night. Cyst has been ruled out by sonography, prescribed Emangen D and Vitamin E, but its not helping.
