I am having mid back pain for last 3 weeks and it increases in night .whom should I see Orthopedist or physiotherapist and what can I do to reduce the pain

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You should consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.

U should start core muscle mobility exercise and after 5 days start core strengthing exercises.
