Based on reports, you may have mild iron deficiency anaemia. But before coming to final conclusion, you must go for an Iron Profile Test. it may indicate very low stores, which starts reflecting in haemoglobin slowly. Sometimes it needs more attention/treatment, than plain oral iron supplements!
Next Steps
Go for the aforementioned test (connect with me for the detailed list please) warm regards

Start iron supplements. Usually iron and folic acid supplements are advised by most of the fertility specialists even before planning a conception.... It's safe and advised too. You can take iron supplements and continue with embryo transfer. Discuss with your fertility specialist.

Mild iron deficiency anemia. Not a major concern ,its treated well during pregnancy when you are taking iron tablet weekly basis.so no problem in embryo transfer.

Whether you have iron deficiency anaemia depends on your full blood report values, not just an index calculation. Since you are planning an embryo transfer, your fertility doctor will want to see the complete picture.
Next Steps
Share your report with your fertility specialist. They will tell you if your iron stores need correcting before the transfer.
