My problem is more personal..i don't know how to share it..i feel like going far away from everyone..i am not able to understand why i want to do that

Hi, I think there is something very much stressful or unexpected  happened to you and u are not able to accept that thing therefore u are feeling like this. You should try relaxation excercise and consult a Psychologist.
