Anger is an intense emotion, it's like fire which burns itself while burning surroundings. It however is the same fire which makes life more evolved if expressed in a right way when required. I see that you anger has been deeply affecting you in many ways. Though anger here is an emotion, the way you have been expressing anger is a habit which you have learnt since all these years. We need to work on your anger as well as the way you have been expressing it. From now on, every time you get angry start observing your behaviour, the guilt and frustration it causes you and also the way it affects the other person in question. Also start questioning yourself on the source of anger. Start noting everything down. In 15 days or so, you would learn to control your anger sooner than before and also would start understanding real source of it. Anger in itself is an energy which you can channel into another rigorous physical activity which should help you calm down sooner without expressing it on other people or yourself. Eventually you would learn to contain anger and channelize it in different ways. End of every day, think about all instances you were angry and the way you managed it for 15 minutes. Though there is so much of fire burning deep within, how do you think earth sustains so much of organic life without giving even a small clue of fire within..?? Because earth contains the fire and houses water, soil & air on top. Have you ever tried containing your anger anytime you were angry..?? If you could do so, your thinking process will be triggered and you can analyze the sources of anger better and learn to channel it.
