I am not able to concentrate on my studies how much ever i try i will get distracted very soon tell me the ways to sit ideal for studying

Study for 20mins at a stretch and then take a 5min break. In the break hydrate yourself and relax. Repeat this till your task for the day is not completed. Google search"brain gym exercises" they will be helpful to you, before sitting to study especially. :)
