I have mental deceases since last 2 years, Syptoms - brain doesn't work properly, over thinking and irritability.

This can help a person feel more positive about their achievements, and decrease the pressure they put on themselves. Schedule a fix routine for Exercise and Stick to it. Engage Yourself With your Lovable hobbies or work towards that you love to do. Try to learn more about your fear or anxiety. Keep a record of when it happens and what happens. The Best thing is to join religious or spiritual function this can give you a way of feeling connected to something bigger than yourself. Faith can provide a way of coping with everyday stress, and attending spiritual and other faith groups can connect you with a valuable support network.
