There r times u don't get ur period till ur lactating That's called lactational amenorrhea

Maximum time is not known because so many ladies become pregnant again when they are breast feeding their babies. So to be on the safe side please use effective contraception. In your case the best Contraceptive will be Intrauterine Contraceptive device (Copper T).
