I am suffering from vaginal infection from 5-6 days and it occurs just after my periods. So I just want to enquire that is it because of menstrual cup as I used it 1st time. BTW i m under prescription. And also I wanna know what's the best BTW pad ,tampons or cup. And what's the proper method to use it . Thx

Menstrual cup use involves lot of discipline. Used properly it doesn't cause increased incidence of infection. Easiest and safest method to use is pads. Tampons and menstrual cups need additional care and if not used properly there are chances of infection

Menstrual cups n tampon are wonderful The wetness consequent to the use of a sanitary napkin is avoided But in case of a menstrual cup caution must be used in using nn maintaining hygiene So the best between the 3 wud be a personal choice
