Meniscus tear and ACL sprain

I got a meniscus injury on my right leg. Could someone please let me know if it can be treated without surgery? As doctor told me no need to do surgery . IMPRESSION: - MRI features suggestive of > Anterior cruciate ligament sprain. • Grade I signal is seen in the posterior horn of medial meniscus. • Peripheral, vertical, longitudinal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus at the meniscocapsular junction. • Chondral fraying with subchondral marrow edema in the medial aspect of medial tibial plateau.

Kindly visit a ortho surgeon for clinical examination. Usually this type of injuries don't need surgery.
