PCL seems to be fine on the images that you have attached. Meniscal tear isn’t very clear. There must be another plate/film which shows more of it.
Any sound associated with pain from any joint isn’t good. It must be the click rather than the pop
Meniscal tears heal only if they are in the red zone.
Sanakin (ACRS) therapy is better than PRP.
If there’s a significant tear in the meniscus your symptoms may come back or worsen over time along with cartilage wear.
Trust your doctor and go ahead with Arthroscopy if he says it’s necessary
