Melatonin tolerance medicine

2023-07-22 09:01:05
I have been taking a 5mg melatonin supplement, and previously, it helped me sleep. However, I've noticed that I am no longer experiencing the same sleep benefits, and it seems like I have developed a tolerance to the medicine. I'm wondering why this happened and how I can reverse the tolerance to melatonin. Additionally, I'd like to know how long it might take to see results once I try to reverse the tolerance. Any additional Information will be appreciated
