Mega cisterna magna

Anomaly scan at 20 weeks showed cisterna magna which measured 10 mm. Please guide if this is concerning and what can be done further for this.

It shows that cisterna magna is bigger than normal in size at that period of gestation. It is not an absolute marker for any anomaly. You should ask for this measurement in all subsequent scans. Most probably it will be normal as the foetus grows further.
