Can we give him Meftal 250 or Meftal 500? How many hours gap between meftal and dolo 650? We have Mefenamic acid suspension 100mg/ 5ml is that same as Meftal? How many ML we can give if this is same as Meftal? Because I have Meftal 250! At home available... Thank y
