I have been having loose motions since today morning. I have got 3 tablets from the chemist: Norflox TZ, Flonil, and Rabesec DSR. I also have an ayurvedic medicine: Himalaya Diarex Which medicine/combination and what dosage should I take for quick relief without any side effects
