I have difficulty in concentration,I feel I have attention deficit disorder.Is there any medication available for concentration in ayurveda which can be purchased online

Take saraswatarisht 3tsp with water twice a day after meal  and put Brahmi ghrit 3-4 drops in the nose at bedtime and take brahmi ghrit 5ml empty stomach orally daily

Do palming exercise twice daily . Take Manasamitra vati thrice daily after food and Saraswatharista 20ml twice daily with equal quantity of water after food for one week . Followed by Kalyanaka ghrita 1tsf twice daily with warm water before food and Brahmi vati thrice daily after food.
