I am 7 months pregnant, please advice with safe medicine to have for fever 101.6. Had two Paracetamol Pyrigesic tab since morning

Do you have only fever or do you have any other symptoms Like cough/vomiting /loose stools/ increased frequency or urgency of urination / burning urination/headache/joint pain/skin rash Do you have draining PV /water leak ? Need more history and details Consult here or with your gynaecologist In between take paracetamol 500mg for fever Can be taken for every 6 hours if fever persist

You should take  Paracetamol only . If fever is more than 100 then you can take Paracetamol 650 mg with any Multivitamin of good brand. If fever is less than 100 then take Paracetamol 500 mg with Multivitamin .
