Hi I am presently having medications for h pylori infection of stomach and presently on 5th day of medication. I am feeling feverish and having body pains. Is it safe to have paracetamol while taking antibiotics. Or how much gap is to be there between medications.
H pylori medications which I am taking are Esomeprazole 40mg, Metronidazole 400mg, Doxycyline 100mg and Colloidal bismuth subcitrate 120mg - All tablets twice daily
