Not at all there is nothing like cannabis in such medications.It contains a combination of a pain killer and a muscle relaxant which will subsequently relieve pain and relax muscle preventing further injuries.It is known to cause some dizziness therefore it is genrally prescribed just before sleep.There is nothing to worry about the same you can take it for a span of a week to 10 days.
