Meal plan for 18:6 intermittent fasting

I'm currently doing 18:6 intermittent fasting and would like a vegetarian meal plan. Can you help? I'm 170cm tall, and weigh 74kg. My workout consists of 30 min cardio (walking, HIIT), 30 min strength training, and 30 min yoga everyday.
