Hi. I understand your concern s. If she is sputum positive then she needs isolation till she becomes sputum negative and keep a regular follow up with your treating doctor

Hi It's it's pulmonary TB, she needs isolation and face mask. Family members to be done screening

Isolation of the patient is required . patient should put face-mask always. All the family members should use face mask.

Please let us know, what organ is affected with TB, if it is the lungs, then atleast all the kids in the family  less than 18 and elderly should get a Chest Xray done. Ideally everyone. Keep your doors and windows open and keep the fan on. Do not allow her to remain in air conditioning. Also for first few months, encourage her to wear a mask. If it is outside the lungs dont have to worry much. Also everyone should maintain a good level of nutrition

Apply mask to her and then burn the mask Wash clothes in hot water and dry in sun keep her away from children and maintain hygiene

Take her to the nearest district TB centre . All drugs should be free in the government facility .
