What type of mattress we have to use for lower back pain? When sleeping for more than 5 hours in same position we get pain.

You can go to any mattress store and ask for orthopaedic matress. They are readily available and are mostly for patients with back pain.

For back pain, it is important to use a firm or a hard mattress. If the mattress has lots of irregularities then it is not good. Straight surface and firm to hard mattress is very good for the back
