My baby is 7 month old can i give her mango daily??? And how much amount??? I heard about artificially ripend mango. So is it good to give baby???

Offer it to your baby.let it be baby led.your baby will guide you how much she wants to eat.no need to give daily .you need to introduce variety at this age .if u give only one fruit daily how will she be exposed to other tastes.

No artificially ripend mangoes. Otherwise it is okay to give mango. Quantity cannot be defined but child will take only to his/her liking not more than that.
