Take any ayurvedic treatment for eye under supervision of ayurvedic physician. :- second fill water in your mouth and wash your eyes with normal water. :- Do walk on grass early morning. Do not use any kind of shoes while you walk on grass. :- take one tea spoon of badam rogan  oil in cow milk . :- if you want any kind of eye drops then consult with ayurvedic physician near you. Avoid self experiment specially on eyes because its a very delicate part of our body.

Akshi tarpanam is the best way to treat this with some internal medication and eye exercises.It may take some time but the result will be fruitful.

If u want mahatriphala ghrta to be used locally on the eyes it can be used as tarpana to be get it done at an ayurvedic therapeutic center.It cannot be used as drops by an individual himself. It can be taken internally for eye sight issues.

Yes it can be used But the better way is to contact an Ayurveda physician to have Netra Tarpana and some Herbo mineral combinations for intake . It may take 3 to 6 months for better result
