Lymph nodes

If a person has lymph nodes,then that person will have compulsory antibodies produced or not.I have tested for 3rd generation hiv tridot test after 10 months of exposure and it is negative but I have lymph nodes which does not go away with antibiotics but goes away with ice application.pls tell me whether antibodies are not produced or it is other than hiv
