Lobes of the thyroid gland are normal in size and echotexture. According to ultrasound report a small well defined solid lesion seen in the right lobe measuring 12×8 mm. Two enlarged left supra clavicular lymph nodes seen measuring 21×8 mm and 12×9 mm. The carotid arteries and jugular veins are normal. Conclusion :- a small adenoma in the right lobe of thyroid with two enlarged left supra clavicular lymph nodes possibly of inflammatory etiology.
