Lymph node swollen for years

I did an usg that showed small subacutaneous reactive benign node along Rt posterolateral aspect of the neck measuring 6.5mm...is that fine to leave it alone its not harming me neither its getting big i have been keeping an eye on it for about 5 months now i discovered it back then its still the same also did my tests that were normal
