My lymph node is enlarged and getting right side jaw pain and ear and neck pain when i touch my lymph node ot is not getting pain.what should i do..

It may be infection of the lymph node but as your are saying there is no pain on touching the lymph node , then there might be other diagnosis like T.B.. so, please do monteux test to rule it out.
