I had covid in first wave Damaged bit lung I want to know Is it reversible with anti fibrosis? Lun fibrosis attached two ct scan reports.

It is post infection fibrosis No need to worry about that Its very mild If symptomatic get a pft done

Not reversible. Strengthen the remaining part of lungs, by doing Lung exercises and pranayama etc.
