Lump on upper arm
I have lump of about 2 cm diameter on my arm. It is not visible from outside but can be felt by touching. It is painless and has been present for about a month. It is little deep under the skin so not sure if it moves. It seems attached to muscle.

The lump you have described, sounds like lipoma. Lipoma is a small hard lump under the skin made of fat. They can be anywhere in the body, but are more commonly found in the back, trunk, arms, shoulder, and neck. They are typically harmless.
