Lump on penis
I had a lump on my bottom part of my penis . I don't know what it is when I'm touching it it's paining little bit I also got before but they disappeared after few weeks but now I got a lump which is quite big than I got last time .
It's not paining much but when I'm touching or pressing it it's paining lightly .

At 19, it is most likely a sebaceous cyst that has got secondarily infected
It all depends on a little more clear history including sexual activity if any and of anyone else has similar lesions and if the initial ones also were itchy etc
