I have developed a lump on my neck which seems to be growing. It has been around four weeks and it is about more than an inch. I do not have weight loss but i do get pain around my chest and in my arms especially joints and i feel tired all the time.

Can be lymphadenopathy due to past viral infection or something more serious. Actual diagnosis can be made only by FNAC procedure i.e testing a piece of tissue from the lump under microscope.
