Please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. You can't diagnose your problem. Let some Surgeon do it.

For external hemorrhoids, follow a high-fiber diet rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water to help soften stool and reduce straining during bowel movements.

Since it’s not painful or bothersome at the moment, it’s most likely a minor issue such as a skin tag or external hemorrhoid. However, it’s essential to monitor it for any changes, including: Pain or discomfort, Bleeding, Growth in size or change in texture or Signs of infection (redness, warmth, pus).
Next Steps
Please consult if the lump persists for more than a week. It becomes painful or starts bleeding. You notice other symptoms like fever or pus discharge.
