Lump near Anus opening

Hello, I was having lump near Anus opening back side. It was paining a lot, later on it bursted while doing perianal ultrasound. Now that lump is not there but still some mark is there on it and sticky discharge happening from there., I have seen doctor but doctor suggesting surgery and I'm not okay to do it now Please suggest diet and healing management. I'm having oflox 200 twice a day for 5 days
