Hello , It may be a mucocel which is a saliva filled cavity . It is caused due to the injury to the minor salivary gland . Please go and consult a dentist the treatment will be excision of the lump .

IG could be mucocele which is harmless but needs to be removed. Any lesion that lasts for more than a few weeks should be thoroughly investigated. Please get a dental check up ASAP
