There is a lump (गाँठ) in my hand above elbow. I was doing pull up once, after that this lump grown. It was dismissed after home treatment. But appear again now, kindly help me to get over this lump.

See an Orthopedic ASAP. Stop working out till you see an orthopedic. After an ortho evaluation you should start physiotherapy. It seems like a soft tissue injury, may be a tendon or muscle fascia & physiotherapy should be helpful.
