Whether surgery or an FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) is required depends entirely on the specific characteristics of the lump found during a physical examination and imaging (such as an Ultrasound or Mammogram). In the report attached, it suggests an abscess right breast. You must consult a general surgeon for the following:-- 1. Clinical Examination. 2. Imaging. 3. Tissue Sampling (FNAC or Core Needle Biopsy). * After the necessary examination and investigations, in your case, a surgical procedure is definitely indicated, which could be surgical exploration under anesthesia, and the lump removed and sent for culture sensitivity and histopathology examination.
Next Steps
Consult a general surgeon
