Lumbar lordosis

I have a big butt, and inner curved spine. I am experiencing chronic pain in my lower back, it gets worst when I ride my bike.

Consult a physiotherapist. Do spinal flexion exercises  daily n pevic tilt exercise. To reduce the pain the therapist may apply IFT n Local US therapy n hot pack.
