Loss of lumbar lordosis
Hello doctor, I did MRI and it say loss of normal lumbar lordosis what does that means do I need surgery for that pls suggest.i have back pain in upper and lower spine

Loss of lumbar lordosis is loss of normal curve of your lower spine ... Consult me on practo with MRI films and complete report ... I will suggest wat to do next

Loss of lumbar lordosis is caused by back muscles spasm.only loss of lordosis is not an indication for surgery.
