In my opinion every diagnostic test will give you some disgnosis every time. Every time you need not to worry about diagnosis done. Just do cold packs and have some light painkillers. But make routine of some exercises every day. I m sure you will get cured in 15 days

You have two different conditions one is lumbar spondylosis and other one is spondylolisthesis. Your back pain could be due to both. You should give hot water fomentation thrice a day for three days. You can use Volini gel or spray to the site provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. Avoid bending activities and weight lifting. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing.

Use ice pack three times a day for pain relief.or use pain relieving spray or ointment. Start doing strengthening exercises for back. Static back exercises will help you. Always use pillow under the back for supporting. Use LS belt to avoid unwanted movement. Avoid forward bending and cross sitting. Do not lift heavy weight.
