Hi,  have got PCOD. For past few months I am getting pain in my lower back in right side and also right leg pains simultaneously. Also I feel pain intha place where the right ovaries are there. I have took ultrasound for whole abdomen and only PCOD is there and also took CT scan. I have attached the report. Can someone tell me what is the cause of this pain? This is pain is making me too uncomfortable which doesn't allows me to do my working. The pain in my right back is like if something is pressing against you how does it feel just like that it is.

Your CT scan is normal. Please seek a proper physical consultation with an Orthopaedic surgeon in your area for proper evaluation. You don't have PCOS.
