5 years back in 2016, I got my RCT done for the 1st Molar of bottom left corner & got Zirconia Crown for the same and all was good for 5 years but since last month, I started feeling pain in the same region. In my X-Ray, the 3rd Molar of bottom left corner is growing horizontally and I am feeling persistent pain in that region. All the other 3rd molars are growing vertically and I have no problem in rest of the teeth, What should I do for that, do I have to remove that painful bottom left 3rd molar ? When I visited ORO Dental of patna, the doctor said to "wait and watch" but that's simply put a stupid reply when I am in pain for almost an hour or two every morning and evening. Sometimes randomly in afternoon as well. He gave Painkillers, antibacterial but that's not even a remedy. The X-ray is quite clear and the cavities are not affected under the Zirconia Crown, so as per him the 3rd Molar's horizontal growth is pressing into 2nd Molar so just wait. Please Guide me.
